Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must have all original tags and attachments
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized hair accessories
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Sale items (unless defective)
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@hairpin-shop.com to initiate your return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions
- Package your items securely in their original packaging

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the returned items
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Email photos of the damage to ask@hairpin-shop.com
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged items
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- Contact us before sending items back
- Ensure the desired replacement item is in stock
- Follow the same return process as above
- Note your preferred replacement item in your return request
